La Pura Austria ladies only spa is the place where women can find a refuge from every-day life. A place that offers everything that’s good for women. A place with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, specifically trained in women’s needs that only focuses on women’s health. Since we subscribe to the motto “everything under one roof”, there’s no need for elaborate tours of extensive medical facilities. Preventative healthcare or simply a wellness vacation finally feel like a relaxing getaway in a hideaway where women can spend some time among kindred spirits. The small group ensure individual attention from our professional teachers. These particular wellness breaks are suited from complete beginners to intermediate levels with an emphasis on well being. Personal discussion with your teacher prior to booking ensures the suitability of the holiday for your requirements. You will receive a personal lifestyle session with professional guidance from your tutor. This gives you a take home practice guide and some techniques for managing stress in a realistic way to suit your individual lifestyle.
Suitable from beginners to intermediate, we focus on yoga physical postures for well-being, strength, flexibility and relaxation, aimed to be challenging yet suitable for your individual fitness level. The yoga classes are just over an hour twice a day and are designed to be suitable for your fitness level. Tutors are experienced with offering adaptations or progressions to suit individual levels. In the morning we engage in a dynamic “wake up” class, whereas the late afternoon session are more centered on quietening postures, breathwork and relaxation. We aim to teach you several stress management techniques to use whatever lifestyle you lead so you can utilise the breathing techniques or yoga postures you learn into your professional environment in an unobtrusive manner. Our tutors are not only qualified and experienced yoga teachers, they are also on hand with other personal wellbeing and fitness advice.
Relaxation and Guided Meditations
Usually set in a scenic location we use guided visualisations, and breath work techniques to immerse you in a deep relaxation in a beautiful setting with mountains and waterfalls.
You have full access to the hotel spa for daily relaxation sessions included in your holiday and a wealth of fantastic other treatments to choose from (massage and other treatments costs apply) Booking in advance is strongly advised.
During your holiday you will have a personal session with your tutor who will advise on wellbeing topics and gives you a take home practice guide and some techniques for managing stress or lifestyle changes in a realistic way to suit your individual lifestyle.
